This website is a small repository of some of the things I’ve been involved with and reflected upon over the years, naturally filtered through my present understanding and evaluation of them. You’re welcome to share and to comment upon them. If you find they are helpful to you, Deo gratias.
Author Identity
I’m New York City born, a retired priest of the Archdiocese of New York. After five years of preparation, for 27 years I served in parish ministry, diocesan canonical and financial administration, coordination of Hispanic pastoral affairs, and lay leadership development.
Next, for 26 years I worked for two agencies of the Holy See, Catholic Near East Welfare Association and the Pontifical Mission for Palestine, involving humanitarian and pastoral aid to the churches and peoples of the Middle East, Northeast Africa, India, and Eastern Europe and in fostering ecumenical and inter-religious understanding and collaboration.
I’m a graduate of Amherst College, of St. Joseph’s Seminary of the Archdiocese of New York, and of the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome.
